CE4 Field Guide

The guide that didn't exist when D'Colin needed it. What to do after a CE4 event. Who to trust. Who to avoid. How to think clearly when the world stops making sense.

The Event — Details Pending

D'Colin's full account of his CE4 contact experience is being prepared and will be published here in his own words. Check back soon.

What Is a CE4 Event?

The classification system for UAP/UFO encounters was developed by Dr. J. Allen Hynek, the astronomer who served as the U.S. Air Force's scientific consultant on Project Blue Book and later became one of the most credible voices for serious investigation of the phenomenon.

CE1

Visual sighting of a craft at close range (within ~500 feet)

CE2

Physical evidence left behind — landing traces, radiation, electromagnetic effects

CE3

Occupants or entities observed in or near the craft

CE4

Direct contact or communication with non-human intelligence — the experiencer is taken, communicated with, or otherwise directly engaged

CE5

Human-initiated contact — the experiencer attempts and achieves communication

What to Do After a CE4 Event

01

Document everything immediately

Write down every detail you can remember — time, location, duration, what you saw, heard, felt, smelled. Do this before you talk to anyone. Memory is contaminated by conversation. Your first unfiltered account is the most valuable.

02

Find a corroborating witness if possible

If someone else was present, ask them to write their own account independently before comparing notes. Two independent accounts that match are far more credible than one account that has been discussed and harmonized.

03

Do not immediately seek community

This is counterintuitive, but important. The experiencer community is heavily infiltrated by bad-faith actors, opportunists, and organizations with agendas that have nothing to do with your wellbeing. Take time to process your experience privately before exposing it to others.

04

Research the phenomenon independently

Start with credible sources: Dr. J. Allen Hynek's original work, Jacques Vallée's research, the Congressional UAP hearings, the AARO reports. Build your own framework before adopting someone else's.

05

Trust your own perception

You know what you saw. The pressure to doubt yourself — from family, from skeptics, from even well-meaning friends — is enormous. Your experience is real. Your perception is valid. Do not let anyone take that from you.

Warning: Organizations to Approach with Extreme Caution

D'Colin Priest speaks from direct personal experience when he warns that certain organizations operating in the experiencer community are not what they claim to be. The following is not speculation. It is documented observation.

MUFON (Mutual UFO Network)

MUFON has a documented history of data collection on experiencers without clear disclosure of how that data is used, shared, or stored. Multiple credible researchers have raised concerns about infiltration by intelligence community actors. Approach with caution. Do not share personal medical, psychological, or contact-specific information.

OPUS Network

The OPUS Network presents itself as a support organization for experiencers. D'Colin's direct experience with this network revealed patterns consistent with information harvesting and manipulation. The organization's leadership has connections that raise serious questions about its actual purpose.

Dr. June Steiner and Associated Networks

Dr. Steiner's network has been identified by D'Colin as operating in a manner consistent with organized psychological manipulation of experiencers. The use of therapeutic framing to extract detailed experiencer accounts without genuine therapeutic intent is a pattern that has been documented across multiple networks.

Marin MUFON and Local Chapter Networks

Local MUFON chapters, including Marin MUFON, have been used as gathering points for experiencer data collection. The social dynamics of these groups — the sense of community, the shared experience — can be exploited to lower the guard of genuine experiencers.

This information is provided in good faith as a warning to genuine experiencers. D'Colin Priest is not making legal claims about any of these organizations. He is sharing his direct personal experience and observations.

The Bloodline Connection

In 2010, a documented CE4 experiencer in Toledo, Ohio was told directly by non-human intelligence: "You are being monitored because you possess the blood of the kings. This specific royal bloodline is of interest because its DNA has a unique purity that sends a signal back to our elders."

D'Colin Priest carries not one but three confirmed ancient royal bloodlines — Celtic-Irish, Plantagenet English, and Norman-French — converging in a single individual. His contact experiences have been consistent in their attention to his ancestry. The phenomenon has, on multiple occasions, directed him toward his own genetic profile and toward research on royal bloodlines.

Whether this is coincidence, pattern recognition, or something more — that is a question each experiencer must answer for themselves. What D'Colin offers is the documented evidence: the genealogical research, the genetic reports, and the honest account of his experiences. The interpretation is yours to make.

NASA! There is a Santa Claus

By Thornly B. Siddhartha  ·  © February 17, 2026

In this episode of Reality Check, Ross Coulthart sits down with Maaneli "Max" Derakhsani, a theoretical physicist and philosopher of physics. Together, they discuss Buzz Aldrin's shocking revelation that he saw a UFO on his way to the moon, why NASA might be hiding proof of artificial structures on the moon, and the popular lunar transient phenomena.

When I first started researching, sometime around three years ago, I came across a video that talked about the probability of structures being on the moon. Unfortunately, it was early in my researching days, and I would forget to save things like websites, YouTube videos, and books, primarily because I was so shocked by what I had seen.

All I have left are the images I collected and intended for future use, and, although some people debunked these images due to the NASA serial numbers being fabricated, I feel the last image just might bring it all together.

Here is what I found some time ago, and you should note — these images were supposed to have been taken during the first lunar lander mission with Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin:

This last image caught my eye. It reminded me of the Betty and Barney Hill Incident, where both had drawn what they both had seen. I found the image and juxtaposed both images. I then sent it to people I had met in groups. I've pointed out what caught my eye.

The quote, "Houston?! There is a Santa Claus!" was code to NASA that "it's been confirmed — we are not alone."

The Litany Against Fear

from Dune by Frank Herbert (1965) — Bene Gesserit tradition · All rights reserved, Herbert Properties LLC

I shall not fear.

Fear is the mind-killer.

Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.

I will face my fear.

I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.

Only I will remain.

When D'Colin Priest wrote The Calling of the Source — his rewriting of Psalm 23 — he held this mantra in mind. The tenor and sentiment of Herbert's Litany runs beneath it like a current: the same refusal of fear, the same insistence on the self as the final, unassailable ground.

The Calling of the Source

The Source is my shepherd; I lack nothing!

The One guides me to rest on soft, grassy hills

The One shows me to clean crystal-clear waters

The Source shines Its strength within me

For WE ARE NOW ONE!

The One shows me the Web of Destiny

For Its own reasons!

As The One journeys me through Death and Darkness

The Source is still with me

For I AM The Source; I fear nothing!

You feed and fatten me with Your Light

Even when Evil watches

You make me Christo! The Anointed!

Goodness and Kindness are my Constant Companions

Every moment of my life

And I exist in The White Light of the Source

Forever!

What follows is my understanding of the Kundalini chakra system, mapped through the framework presented in Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender — specifically the Guru Patik episodes. A children's cartoon explained it better than most spiritual texts I have encountered. The YouTube video that inspired this is linked at the bottom of the section.

Resolution

Let go of your fears. You can't save everyone and you can't prevent things that are out of your control. So let all that unreasonable fear go.

Don't let yourself feel guilty over the simple, basic pleasures of humanity. You don't have to feel guilty for being human. So let all that heavy guilt go.

Don't be so hard on yourself for letting yourself down; for making mistakes. Shit happens — so when are you gonna decide when it's time to stop standing in your own shit? Admit your fault, find a way to laugh at yourself, and move on to the next mistake waiting for ya.

Most people I know, including myself, have suffered the loss of a loved one: either one who has passed away or one who got away. The truth is anything that warms the heart and is abruptly silenced becomes icy-stoned pain simmering in a dark, frigid belly. Grief has a cost: like diabetes, it kills you one cell at a time. Realize what you loved about what you had and appreciate that you know what love truly is — and how to recognize it — for the love of the one you lost is still all around you and within you, and it has given you the ability to discover new forms of love.

Very late in his life, Friedrich Nietzsche discovered a way out of pain: to accept all the good and bad that has brought one to a single moment in time, and to see how it has shaped the person you've become. Amor Fati — Love of Fate. Stop lying to yourself about who and what you are, and all the good and bad you have done to others and all the good and bad others have done to you. Realize that you are alive, and your disappointments in yourself and the lies you created to compensate for them just aren't worth the energy. Accept who and what you are. Be kinder to yourself so you will and can be kinder to others.

The greatest illusion is separation. Everything is connected: from the smallest particle of an atom, to the photons of the human soul, and beyond the neural network of the very Cosmos itself. Everything is connected. We are one species within humanity; one species within the Universe.

This is the most difficult thing to do: let go of those things which we have learned to cherish, love, and value. Learning to let go is not making things disappear from your life — remember Amor Fati, so embrace everything that has brought you to where you are — it simply means that your life isn't defined by the accumulation of emotional baubles and tactile trinkets. Your entire existence, and the existence that awaits, is far more valuable than any object of the hand or the heart.

To understand the Universe, look to Nikola Tesla's knowledge of Energy, Frequency, and Vibration. The Cosmos offers so much more — so let go of what attaches you to this physical world, and flow with something grander.

A Field Guide to the Literature

Further Reading & Resources

Since my encounter nearly three years ago, come this October 20, my ontological purview about what is "truth"; why we continue to believe what we've been indoctrinated to believe; what do we call "reality," has truly been shattered. It was a year after my encounter with this phenomenon that I really started to get serious about what the hell is going on. Soooo, after 1,000 hours of pre-1995 film dating all the way back to the 1940s, and about 100 hours of audio recordings, and the following list of books I've read, currently reading, and will read, I'm finally getting a functioning level of gestalt on this UAP/UFO phenomenon and spiritualism. If you are interested — probably not — on what I've read thus far, here is a list of books I've read, continuing to read, and will read. With regards to the videos of pre-1995 film and VHS tape, I refer to Eyes On Cinema, which YouTube removed about 700 videos; however, you can still find Eyes' work — no one knows the name of this person who is posting, but we all think it's someone who is, shall I say, extremely connected to it — on Rumble.com. If you want to talk about this topic and/or spiritualism, I would welcome it…I could use a little help with the "spiritualism" part.

Films & Television

Elements of our government have long worked with Hollywood to gradually acclimate the public to what is coming. These selections are worth your time — not as entertainment, but as preparation.

  1. Close Encounters of the Third Kind
  2. Taken — all episodes. Available free on YouTube.
  3. Star Trek — all series. Credible sources have noted that this phenomenon more closely resembles Gene Roddenberry's vision than anything else in popular culture. Paramount+ required for the full catalog.
  4. Blade Runner — based on Philip K. Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? Read the novel. You will not be disappointed.
  5. Battlestar Galactica — both the 1970s and 2003 versions.
  6. Dark City — directed by Alex Proyas. The subject of D'Colin Priest's argumentative essay comparing the film to Plato's Allegory of the Cave, for which he received high praise from Dr. Abbis Milani, emeritus professor at Stanford University.
